A humble and celebrated scientist who took India to space through his knowledge which took the shape of an Indigenous Indian Satellite in 1980. He was the man who laid down a perfect road map for transforming India. He was truly the people’s president. Irrespective of his countless achievements he always stayed true to his roots till his last breath, doing what he always aimed for. Sowing the seeds that will make India stand strong.
This book takes us on a poetic journey through him, his life, his childhood, his beliefs, his struggles, his commitments, his aims, his eye for nature, his recognition of people’s efforts on his path to success, his simple and strong understanding and respect for religion, and his love for India “his nation”. This book is a testimony to what kind of a person he was, and his unhindered belief in god whatever he is named either Khuda or Bhagwan. His commitment to his nation is a learning quality for every generation. He practiced the confidence which resonated with his desire to achieve his aim like a fire.
Here are a few of my takeaways
1) His message of the power of pure desire to create his vision, Developed India. The source for such a developed India would be the Ignited souls equipped with the knowledge, the right knowledge. And he lived with this mission and sowed seed throughout his life.
2) His beautiful poetic personification of nature and romantic connection of nation and human psychological state.
3) He believed his knowledge was the Almighty’s blessing and used that for the betterment of the nation.
4) His acknowledgment of nature’s healing power, and gave a message to the generation on how to use it to the fullest, giving in to the fullest and respecting it selflessly.
5) He explained how god gives us many things, the ones we have asked for and the ones we haven’t. After receiving be the one who thanks him not the one who walks off happily without showing gratitude.
There are plenty of things one can get with every reading of this book and that is the beauty of it. This book is a treasure with a whole set of moral values logged in it for an individual, any individual whose looking for self-introspection irrespective of age, gender, religion, and nationality.
